He discusses the role of AI as employee - agents of automation - that can execute the mundane activities that take up our work day. Many of these agents will use Small Language Models (SLM) rather than the Large Language Models (LLM) used for more general AI - ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. AI for smaller businesses can be an equalizer that will allow them to compete with larger organizations.
