Doug Kronaizl Discusses Initiated Measure 22

Doug Kronaizl of Represent South Dakota spoke at the Feb. 28, 2017 Rotary meeting in Vermillion, SD. Kronaizl spoke about the history of Initiated Measure 22 (IM-22), an anti-corruption measure, that SD voters approved in November of 2016. He provides a timeline of what has happened since then, including the legislature repealing the measure. A major portion of the presentation details legislative efforts thus far as they relate to issues in IM-22.
