Prior to the duck race, current club president Kevin O'Kelley turns over the club leadership to Melissa Berninger, who will serve as president for 2024-25. The ceremonial passing of the gavel and Rotary bell signals the passing of leadership from Kevin to Melissa. After taking over the club leadership, Melissa Berninger presents Kevin O'Kelley with a plaque recognizing his wonderful leadership as well as his Paul Harris Fellow certificate.
