Rotary Hands out 2 Scholarships

On April 30th, 2013, The Vermillion Rotary Club was pleased to announce the recipients of $1,000 each Scholarship to Allison Howe and Epiphany Knedler  at Vermillion HighSchool.  

The annual Scholarships are given out to two local high school students based on , cumulative grade point, extracurricular activities, and essay regarding community service.  

The scholarship is "Service Above Self"
