On August 25, 2021, Vermillion Public School Superintendent, Damon Alvey, addressed the members of the Vermillion, SD Rotary club. His presentation gave a wonderful outline of the proposed new elementary school in Vermillion and answered the questions surrounding the project and what would become of the two older elementary schools.
