On April 21, 2017 the Vermillion Rotary Club partnered with the Vermillion Medical Clinic and the Barking Dogs Cycling Club to provide information on cycling and to present all the second-graders in Vermillion with a new helmet to wear while riding. This is the 23rd year that the Vermillion Rotary has given bicycle helmets to all second graders. Special thanks go to the helmet program's coordinator from the very start, Chuck Yelverton, for all of his hard work on this project. Thanks also to all the other Rotarians who have supported the work over the years.
