At today's meeting of the Vermillion Rotary, outgoing President, Kelsey Collier-Wise, was presented with three recognitions: 1) her Paul Harris pin and certificate; 2) a plaque recognizing her service; and 3) a round of applause from the Rotarians for leading the club through an incredibly difficult year!
