Vermillion teachers Kami Dibley and Lenni Billberg joined the Vermillion Rotary Club to discuss the upcoming trips to Ratigen Germany, Vermillion's sister city, by Vermillion High School students in the GAPP (German American Partnership Program) program and other Vermillion residents.
